RECENTLY
EBAY HAS BEEN MISQUOTING THE SHIPPING PRICE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PRICE GIVEN BY EBAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS. WE WILL SEND
YOU AN INVOICE WITH THE CORRECT SHIPPING COSTS.
All statements about shipping cost refer only to the US. Outside the
US, it becomes expensive to insure an item for shipping. For this
reason we specify two different shipping costs for foreign orders -
normal airmail which does not include insurance and insured airmail
parcel post which does include insurance. There is very little airmail
lost, so it probably is not necessary to insure airmail for small
shipments, but unless you specify and pay for insurance, your package
is sent without insurance at the buyer's risk. |

Please Note: The US post office has changed the rates
and types of shipping available for all countries.
All forms of surface mail have been
eliminated outside the US. In addition the Airmail Parcel Post has been
combined with Global Priority Mail. All heavy packages must now go by
Priority Mail International. In addition we will ask all orders over
about USD$50 be sent by insured priority mail and orders over USD$100
be shipped by insured express mail.
Please Note: There has been major problems with PayPal
recently.
All PayPal accounts MUST
be verified. If you are in Canada or the UK, your address must be
confirmed. PayPal will not confirm addresses outside these countries
and the US. For this reason if you do not have fairly high feedback,
you may not be allowed to use PayPal for expensive items. We must take
each case as a separate case. This is taking us a lot of time. From the
large blue box above the foreign box on the description page on eBay,
please remember that we reserve the right to ask for a "cash-like"
payment if we have any concerns about the order. Orders for persons who
are registered in one country by eBay and asking for shipment will NOT
be accepted for PayPal payment.
We are very sorry we must put a
restriction on PayPal orders. Your order is very important to us. At
least 25% of our orders are currently from outside the US and the
percentage is growing. PROBLEMS WITH PAYPAL ARE CAUSING US AND OUR
CUSTOMERS MAJOR PROBLEMS. We are VERY about this.

It has been the
policy of our company to not make false customs declarations. This is a
legal decision not a moral one. Especially during the current world
problems, customs officials are doing increased inspections and issuing
fines to shippers who make such false customs sheets.
PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO FALSIFY A
CUSTOMS DECLARATION.
We can do any of the following if these help you:
1) Most of our products are made in China or Taiwan. We can state these
are products of one of these.
2) We can issue invoice and address labels with a person's name instead
of a company name. We own the company so that is a legal way to bill. |
In the past most airmail would reach
almost anywhere in the world within 7 days. During the current world
problems, there has been increased caution on packages sent outside the
US on both sides of the shipment. While most packages still are fast,
some get tied up in customs at your end for several weeks. We cannot
control this. We always send you an email when we ship. Please wait at
least 2 weeks after that date to email us to check on the shipment.
If you send us a request to check the item, please give the following:
your eBay ID, the name you issued payment under, and the eBay item
number(s). It takes us a real long time to research who you are and
what you ordered without these. Please understand that we send out
almost 100 items a week. We cannot remember all of them. |

addresses to most countries. Unconfirmed addresses carry no protection
for us, the seller. Please read the previous note at the bottom of our
description. If you do not have a verified account AND reasonable
feedback, we may ask you to pay by Western Union's Auction Payments
method or some other cash-like payment. |
